Courcelle Part

This layout was designed and built as a competition entry, for a layout in a limited space. It also acts as a test track for a larger project still under construction.

The location is fictional, somewhere in the Haute Auvergne of France, where the Paris Orleans and the Paris Lyon & Méditeranée Railways met, the date being about 1880. Remember that un celle is a big fiddle.

The layout is built to O gauge Scaleseven standards, known in France as Proto43.5. Locos are fitted with Pacific fast mail synchronised sound system, now thirty years old.
