Advance Tickets

Terms & Conditions:

1) Please bring a printed copy of your ticket to the exhibition, we cannot guarantee signal at the venue on your device.
2) Please note tickets will be scanned, admission will be refused if tickets have been duplicated.
3) Advanced tickets are available for sale until 12:00pm (Midday) on Friday 3rd November 2023.
4) Advanced tickets are for entry from 9:30am on your day of choosing only. Please note that the show closes at 5pm on the Saturday & 4:30pm on the Sunday.
5) Advanced ticket holders are to use a separate entrance between 9:30am and 11:00am. This will be well signposted outside of the venue. Please note that after 11:00am entry will be via the main entrance.
6) Please note that each individual ticket will gain you entry on one day only, either Saturday or Sunday.
7) For re-admission please see a member of the team for a wristband.
8) Please note that the wristband must be applied to the wrist to gain readmission.
9) Please note that if the wristband has been visibly tampered with Spalding Model Railway Club reserve the right to refuse admission.
10) Please note that the wristband is only valid on the day of entry.
11) Please note that in normal circumstances no refunds are available for tickets. However in the event that the exhibition is cancelled then refunds will be arranged.
12) The exhibition management reserve the right to refuse admission.
13) Admission is subject to the capacity of the exhibition. We reserve the right to refuse admission / re-admission to the exhibition should the show be at capacity.
